Procedure to Obtain a Duplicate Learning License in Sikkim
An application for a duplicate learning license in Sikkim has to be made at the RTO or online through parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/. Once the application is processed, the applicant will have to visit the RTO for verification of the original documents. On the basis of the verification of the documents, the duplicate learning license is issued to the applicant.
To obtain the Sikkim learning license, it’s necessary for an individual to give the learning license test. On submission of the documents, the applicant will have to book a slot for the LL test.
