The Bengaluru RTO has incorporated additional services for the Karnataka citizens in association with Bangalore One. Services such as B-Extract of transport vehicles and issuance of Driving License (DL) extract. It would now be easier for the citizens to extract the registered vehicle owner's information and the Driving License (DL) by visiting the Bengaluru One centers in the entire Bengaluru city.
A vehicle insurance is mandatory for every vehicle registered at Bengaluru Karnataka RTO as per The Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.

Issuance of RC- Extract for Vehicle
Issuance of DL- Extract
B-Extract is nothing but a document that needs to be obtained if any citizen wishes to sell their owned vehicle. This information will now be made available from Bangalore One Centers. Mentioned below are the steps that needs to be followed:
Provide Registration Number of the vehicle for obtaining the nominal information of RC-Extract from remote database.
In order to commit the transaction, the application gives information like the name of the owner, vehicle chassis number, RTO code from the remote database.
It also captures the name, address and contact number of the applicant.
Rs.18/- per copy is charged by Bangalore One for the services offered.
The payment should be made only via cash.
DL-Extract is nothing but a document that needs to be obtained if any citizen wishes to get any updates of the driving license information. This information will now be made available from Bangalore One Centers. Mentioned below are the steps that needs to be followed:
Provide Registration Number of the vehicle for obtaining the nominal information of DL-Extract from remote database.
In order to commit the transaction, the application gives information like the name and date of birth of the owner along with RTO code from the remote database.
It also captures the name, address and contact number of the applicant.
Rs.18/- per copy is charged by Bangalore One for the services offered.
