Faridabad RTO

The Faridabad RTO was established under section 213 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. It deals with various transport related matters and all the other regulatory and enforcement tasks assigned to it under provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

The Faridabad RTO department comes under Transport Department of Haryana and is headed by the Transport Commissioner.

A vehicle insurance policy is mandatory for every vehicle registered at Faridabad Haryana RTO as per The Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
