The policyholder can select the option of Basic Life Cover. In this a lump sum amount will be paid in case of the sudden demise of the insured person during the tenure.
Under this option, a fixed amount is paid to the insured person’s family on a monthly basis in case of his or her death till he or she would’ve reached 60 yrs. of age.
Under this option the amount upsurges by 10% every year thereby providing more income to the deceased person’s family.

Fill up the claim form. Attach the Medical or Death Certificate by the respective hospital & provide bank account information. Submit all of these at the nearest branch.
Future Generali’s claim specialist will conduct an assessment of the claim. For any further information relatives would be called or informed via letter or SMS.
After receiving the verification findings & whole documents, the insurer will decide within 10 days. The insurer also informs the claimant, about the same.
