A Bike registration no. is allotted by a particular district’s (RTO) Regional Transport Office
This registration no. is different for every Bike as it helps in identifying the Bike & its owner.
After buying a new Bike, it’s mandatory to conduct its registration with the nearest RTO within 30 days.
After the registration, the local RTO gives you a unique registration no.
This no. should be attached to your Bike’s front side & back side after being imprinted on a no. plate.
Attaching the number to your Bike will help with the Bike’s identification.
